On this page of our guide to Greedfall, you will find the walkthrough of At the center of the rebellion side quest.
Where to start the quest? By completing the side mission, The Attack on the Caravan and the conversation with the Governor Burhan in his palace. Aphra might have to become one of your companions for this quest.
Talk to Governor Burhan, and then to captain Reinhild. Talk to the soldier, and then go search for the patrol together. Look for survivors, then give the wounded a health potion, and you will get + 2 reputation with the Alliance Bridge faction.
Now run to the next marker that will lead you to the rebel camp. Talk to the guard, and use Siora's charisma/influence to get inside. Now follow the doneia egsregaw, until you reach the main camp of the rebels.
Meet with the leader, and it will turn out that the camp is under attack. Now you have a choice, you can help the rebels or kill everyone in the camp.
- Killing rebels - you're in for some dirty work, you have to kill the villagers. You will lose -1 reputation with Siora and until -6 with the natives. You will get a +2 with Alliance Bridge faction.
- Help the rebels- you have to repel the attack of Alliance Bridge. You will get +2 reputation with the Natives and -2 with Alliance Bridge.
Go back to Governor Hikmet and tell him everything. Regardless of your choice, you will get +1600XP and start the quest The Experiments of Dr. Asili.
