General information
Gotham Knights supports DLSS technology: this means that owners of newer graphics cards that support this technology can enjoy lower system requirements, especially for 4K resolution. In addition, the game has Ray Tracing - so to play the game in its best quality, you must have a card that supports this technology. Finally, your graphics card must support DirectX 12.
Gotham Knights: Minimum PC system requirements

Performance issues - tips
If you don't have a card with DLSS or FirelityFX support, you will probably have some severe problems with graphics settings to maintain the quality/performance balance. In case of solemn performance issues, you should first answer the question: does this only apply to specific situations (e.g. explosions), in closed/open spaces. Based on this, you will be able to change specific settings (e.g. quality of special effects or view distance). Since most of the game takes place in the twilight, you can turn off high shadow settings.
View Distance can be a significant problem, especially since you cannot disable the fog effect or water surface quality. It is also worth letting go of the motorcycle, using which not only requires the world to render fast but, compared to flying, also generates more infrastructure in the city.
The option that can determine whether the game will be playable on weaker PCs is Dynamic Resolution. You can choose a lower resolution, but the game looks horrible then. The solution is previously mentioned Dynamic Resolution - it will change now and then to ensure the best visuals and the number of frames per second depending on the graphics card usage. In this case, you have to try some different settings: however, it is not worth lowering the FPS below 40 (when playing the game at 60 by default) and scaling below 70%.
