This page of our walkthrough explains how to complete the Aka Oswald Cobblepot quest in Gotham Knights. Completing it lets you unlock fast travel points. You'll learn how to find the wiretaps in the Penguin's office and deal with new crimes across the city.

Iceberg Lounge
Enter Iceberg Lounge west of Belfry through the roof window. Dispatch eight guards, silently or in direct combat. If you prefer the first option, you can lure out the guards by making noise outside their lines of sight. After the conversation return to your hideout. From now on, you'll be able to see yellow side activity markers on the map. These have you face the Mafia and are closely tied to the Penguin.
Unlocking fast travel - Lucius Fox
The quest is not over yet, as the following night you must visit some of your Gotham contacts:
- Detective Montoya,
- Lucius Fox.
Visit Fox ASAP, as this is how you unlock a new means of aerial transport which will make exploring Gotham much easier. Talk to him again after the cutscene ends to learn more details.
Before you can use fast travel, you must secure fast travel points.
Once you're there, locate the police drones and scan them. This unlocks a new fast travel point.
In the next areas, aside from finding a drone, you must also find its docking station. You can scan the drone only when it's inside (it'll come here by itself from time to time).
Crime in Progress - The Penguin's dealings
To continue the main storyline, you have to stop two of the Penguin's dealings marked in yellow in the northern part of the city. You'll have to stay hidden during the organ trafficking deal. Watch out for the cameras and scan the area to find the off switch before you start your infiltration. If you're ever detected, you'll have two minutes to get the container and deliver it to the designated location.
Locating wiretaps
Return to the Penguin. He'll let you know he's been wiretapped. Approach him to get hints as to where the listening devices are hidden. Scan the area to locate all three wiretaps, which are located:
- by the statue to the right of the door,
- on a pot behind the Penguin,
- on the desk lamp.
After talking to Penguin go see how Alfred's doing. This triggers a cutscene and completes the mission - you don't need to return to the hideout right away yet.
