In Gotham Knights you have four heroes to choose from: Nightwing, Batgirl, Robin and Red Hood. Learn how to switch between heroes during gameplay and how progress and skills are transferred between heroes.
This page explains how to switch between active heroes in Gotham Knights. You'll also learn about whether they share story progress, experience and skill points.
You can switch between each of the four heroes in your hideout - Belfry. Approach the costumes and choose the one belonging to the hero you wish to play as. This means you can't switch characters in the middle of a mission.
You should know all four characters have their individual equipment and skill trees, though they share their experience level and all have their own skill points to distribute. Some challenges, such as "Guard Break" or "Knighthood" must be completed by each one to unlock their full potential. If you intend to frequently switch characters, you should be ready to update some of their progress, skills and equipment, otherwise they may have trouble handling current challenges.
We recommend trying all the heroes out early on in order to know which ones fit your playstyle and which ones don't.
