Wii U is the 8th generation console from Nintendo and a successor to Wii. It was released almost all around the world in November 2012. Wii U had many new features (with GamePad controller on the top of the list) and significantly better performance, but it didn’t manage to repeat the big success of its predecessor; actually, it wasn’t even close. That’s why less than 3 years after the release of Wii U the world began to spread rumors about the console’s successor, initially codenamed NX.

In The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, you play once again as the main character of the franchise, Link, who gets involved in yet another exciting and dangerous adventure as he tries to learn what led to the downfall of the land of Hyrule. The gameplay is a combination of several genres: adventure, action RPG, and even survival.
Resident Evil: Revelations

A survival horror action game initially released exclusively for Nintendo 3DS. Resident Evil: Revelations is a spin-off installment of the Resident Evil series, created and developed by Capcom. The action takes place in 2005, between the events of Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5. The players have the opportunity to accompany Jill Valentine and Parker Luciani in their search for Chris Redfield and Jessica Sherawa.

The third part of the popular series of games with miniature creatures called Pikminas. The title was created for the WiiU console. Captain Olimar, known from the first two installments of the cycle, was missing, and he was replaced by four new heroes.

A platformer with puzzle game features, developed by Upper One Game studio. The story of Never Alone is based on Inuit beliefs, with players taking control of a young girl from the Inupiaq tribe who sets on a dangerous journey with her white fox to save her people and stop the arrival of the eternal blizzard. During her adventure, she will meet many creatures from Inuit legends, such as Sky People, Rolling Heads or Blizzard Man.
Trine: Enchanted Edition

An adventure-platformer featuring puzzle elements. It was developed by the Finnish Frozenbyte studio, known for Shadowgrounds - a series of isometric shooters. The story is set in a colorful fantasy world, where the player gets to lead a team of three characters: a wizard, a knight and a thief. Using a mysterious device called Trine, they must save the kingdom from the undead. The gameplay mechanics were inspired by classic platformers.

A humorous adventure with elements of an arcade platformer and a puzzle game. The title was produced by Ron Gilbert and the development team from Double Fine studio (Psychonauts, Brutal Legend, Stacking and others). The action of The Cave takes place in the title cave, full of secrets and traps. The player directs the actions of a group of three heroes who roam the corridors of the cave in search of an enigmatic "something". (the goals vary depending on the chosen team composition).
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD

A remastered version of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, a game initially released in 2006 on GameCube and Wii consoles. The new version was developed by Australian studio Tantalus, which specializes in converting popular titles to various gaming platforms. Similarly as in most other installments in the series, the main character is a young man named Link, who begins a new journey, this time to help the children kidnapped from his village by monsters.

An unusual adventure game by Funkatronic Labs, combining elements of platformer and turn-based strategy productions. The plot of Nova-111 revolves around the effects of an experiment conducted by 111 ingenious scientists from an alternate world, where time flows in turns. The result of their actions is an anomaly that merged both worlds. As a pilot of the research vessel Nova, we have to find and rescue the scientists and to remove the anomaly to separate the dimensions.

Ginger: Beyond The Crystal

A 3D platform game by the creators of Frantic Flight and Kamby in Mistery Island for mobile devices. Ginger: Beyond the Crystal follows the adventures of an inconspicuous critter, which finds itself burdened with a task to save a fallen civilization. The protagonist has to travel to different planets to release his companions trapped there. Mechanics-wise, Ginger: Beyond The Crystal is a classic 3D platform game, which focuses on exploring the available locations.

Gear Gauntlet is a game with no plot per se, concentrating entirely on original gameplay mechanics in which the key role is played by the system of color change that resembles mechanics in music games, such as the Guitar Hero series.

The game offers a third-person action-adventure experience offering a story about a girl imprisoned in a castle, built using ancient technology, by an evil queen. NES Remix 2 is a suite of selected levels from a dozen or so games derived from the NES console, which have been adapted to work on the Wii U and endowed with a new set of challenges. Among the included titles is also a unique in the form of Super Luigi Bros. - is a converted Super Mario Bros. where the hero is Luigi and the movement is from right to left. This is a continuation of NES Remix, which was released at the end of 2013.
