Talkman is actually a peripheral device from Sony, which includes a microphone and software. The gadget is attached to the case and communication with the console is via USB port. Software communicates with the user in English, Korean, Chinese and Japanese. The aim of the program is to learn these four languages.

Action is set on Rockfort Island, known from Resident Evil Code: Veronica X, and extermination of hordes of bloodthirsty zombies is the mainstay of the game. We have two characters at our disposal - Claire Redfield and Steve Burnside - differentiated by available weapons.
