The game continues the storyline of its predecessors and focuses on the desperate struggle between GDI and Nod to stop the spread of Tiberium which threatens the planet with absolute sterilization.

The storyline of the expansion titled Danse Macabre revolves around the character of Sandro the Great Lich (a necromancer known from one of the expansions to Heroes of Might and Magic III), who has returned and seeks vengeance on the land of Ashan and its Dragon Gods.

In production, we lead to a military battle between the two sides of the conflict - the United States and Japan. The campaign consists of 28 different missions. The creators have prepared more than twenty new units and a lot of other improvements. The multiplayer mode has been enriched with five maps and gameplay modes.

The fifth entry in the series, contrary to the previous ones, takes the players to the future, to the eponymous year of 2070, when climatic changes drastically raised water levels around the world, forcing humankind to move to higher ground.

Great three-dimensional graphics, new units and the ability to play online with other players make this production a must for all Diuny fans.

The first official expansion for Heroes of Might and Magic V. The add-on was developed by Russian studio Nival Interactive. The most important new addition in the Hammers of Fate expansion pack is a new race, the dwarves, who actively join the conflict in the world of Ashan. The new race not only adds their legendary combat skills to the gameplay, but a rich set of spells as well. A story campaign consisting of 15 large missions is related to the dwarves.

The expansion introduces four new civilizations (Rome, Carthage, Palmyra, and Macedonia) and additional battle units, including armored elephants, battle chariots, camel riders, slingshooters, as well as galleys armed with burning projectiles.
