Mafia: The Old Country is the fourth main installment of the cult series of gangster action games, started in 2002. It serves as a prequel and is set in Sicily at the beginning of the 20th century.
The game was developed by Hangar 13 studio, whose portfolio includes the third part of the series, as well as a remake of the first game, released in September 2020. Unlike the above-mentioned games, this project uses the Unreal Engine 5 instead of the proprietary Illusion Engine technology.
