A hack’n’slash action game based on Peter Jackson’s movie The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies. The game enables the player to participate in the titular battle as a supporter of one of the sides of the conflict. The player can lead a three-person team of men, elves, dwarves or orcs. Each race features various advantages and disadvantages. However, this has little meaning on the battlefield as the combat mechanics are always similar (the only exception is the elves who are using bows).

Warhammer 40,000: Carnage is an action game produced by Roadhouse Games team. We play the role of Cosmic Marine and set off to fight the enemies of mankind. The game was realized in the form of a platformer, where we smuggle mainly to the right side of the screen and murder hordes of enemies.

An interesting combination of two-dimensional shooter, platformer and cartoon. The main hero of the game is Glork - a warrior of the Glorkian race, who must defend his asteroid from alien hordes. In order to do this, he uses unusual weapons and his innate talent for skillfully breaking out of trouble.

An episodic shooter emphasizing tactical elements, set in a universe that combines science fiction and the Western genre. Space Marshals was created by Pixelbite, the studio known mainly for the Reckless Racing series. In the game the player assumes the role of a space lawman, whose task is to capture or eliminate dangerous fugitives that escaped from a maximum security prison. When it comes to gameplay mechanics, Space Marshals fits within the frames of a top-down shooter.

A spin-off of the Call of Duty franchise for mobile devices, developed by Ideaworks Game Studio, the creators of Call of Duty: World at War Zombies. Just like in that production, the gameplay of Call of Duty: Black of Zombies is focused on defense against the oncoming hordes of the living dead. The game features the characters and maps from one of the main installments in the series, Call of Duty: Black Ops.

IronMonkey’s mobile rendition of the 2008’s science-fiction survival horror game, Dead Space. The title is not a simple conversion, though; it tells an entirely new story that takes place 3 years after the events of the original, on the very same space station the action of Dead Space 2 took place.

Remake of the cult action game from 1988, developed by the creators of the original from the Cinemaware studio. The game takes us into an alternative reality in which Nazi Germany won the Second World War and conquered the whole globe. Equipped with a special rocket backpack, we go back in the past to thwart Nazi plans and change the course of history.

The aim of the subsequent skirmishes, fought in small arenas, is to defeat the ominous King Boneshaker and his minions, who threaten the Wild Land. The game can be played in cooperation and against other players.

Gunslugs is a two-dimensional shooter with platform elements. Players control an armed character to the teeth and travel through short randomly generated levels, eliminating all enemies standing in their way. The title contains many hidden surprises, as well as several difficulty levels, challenging even the most experienced players.

A reboot of a classic 1994 fighting game whose main protagonist is a former NBA player, Shaquille O'Neal. The new version was created by Big Deez Productions and contrary to the original game (which had as many supporters as it had opponents back in the 90s), Shaq-Fu: A Legend Reborn is a modern-day fighting game, which combines elements of such classics as Streets of Rage or Street Fighter with features of 3D action games, such as Devil May Cry.

A two-dimensional retro action platform game inspired by typical cRPGs and the cult PS2 title Shadow of the Colossus. Titan Souls was developed by the independent, three-person studio Acid Nerve and it is an expanded, commercial version of the application created during the Ludum Dare competition. The game takes place in ancient ruins in which, according to a legend, the souls of titans were placed.

Set in the cold war reality, spy platform game with stealth elements. The title is a debut of an independent studio Dynamighty, which includes former employees of LucasArts and Pixar movie studio. During the game we play as an agent of elite organization whose task is to take care of the balance of power between the superpowers and prevent the outbreak of an open armed conflict.

A spin-off of to the popular tower defense game series, depicting rivalry between the eponymous plants and hordes of zombies. Developed by the creators of the franchise, PopCap Games studio, the production is recommended for those who love humorous, fast-paced gameplay combining elements of strategy with third-person action. We control a selected plant and try to protect our defensive structures against incoming hordes of enemies.

The fourth part of the popular Oddworld series. This time we play the role of the title stranger, who is a hunter of awards, and the plot is maintained in strongly western climates. Unlike the previous parts of the series, which are typical platforms, the game mechanics combines the FPP action game with sneaky elements.

Action of Golden Axe takes place in a land of Yuri, invaded by a barbarian named Death Adder, who kidnapped the king and his daughter, wanting to take possession of the legendary golden axe. Three heroes arise to fight him: a barbarian, a dwarf, and an amazon, each of them specializing in a different type of weapon.

Implosion: Never Lose Hope takes us to a distant future, to a universe where humanity has been invaded by hordes of hostile aliens. The game begins 20 years after the fall of Earth, when a military force from the two remaining human colonies attempts to reclaim the planet and defeat the alien invaders.

In Death Road to Canada the player's task is to travel the eponymous route from Florida to the city of Ontario in Canada and to survive the hordes of zombies attacking us along the way. In the game we control a team of up to five characters (human or animal), each of which has its own unique virtues and vices.

The gameplay mechanics revolve around controlling the continuously running SpongeBob in an attempt to cover the longest distance possible on the procedurally generated map comprising three tracks filled with diverse obstacles and numerous collectibles.

In the game we again direct a small troop of soldiers, carrying out tasks commissioned by the command, such as eliminating the enemy, blowing up buildings or defending civilians. New in the game is the ability to face enemy vehicles and recruit specialist units such as medicine or members of the elite Delta Force.

A video game adaptation of the wacky parody of the 80s action movies, funded on Kickstarter. Kung Fury: Street Rage is a beat 'em up game, based on the classic productions of the genre. It was developed by Swedish studio Hello There, creators of simple advert games. You play as a policeman wielding superhuman kung-fu powers, fighting the Nazi armies led by Kung Führer. The combat mechanics utilize the skillful use of two buttons: right attack and left attack.

Another DLC to a best-selling sandbox survival game - Don’t Starve. Unlike the previous two add-ons, this one was developed not by the original creators, but by Capybara Games - the team known for such games as Below or Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery. Don’t Starve: Shipwrecked focuses solely on single player content, drawing inspiration from the cult adventure novels, such as Robinson Crusoe. However, these were enriched with fantasy elements and a unique sense of humor.

Just like the first installment, Space Marshals 2 is an episodic game developed by Swedish mobile game developer Pixelbite (creators of the Reckless Racing series and Xenowerk shooter). The player once again becomes a space marshal who takes on numerous dangerous criminals. In terms of gameplay mechanics, the sequel is very similar to its predecessor.

A third-person action game by Pixel Hero Games (the developer of Spiral: Episode 1). The title focuses on Inquisitor Gregor Eisenhorn – one of the most iconic characters from the Warhammer 40,000 universe. The plot is based on the first volume of the “Eisenhorn trilogy”, written by Dan Abnett, and depicts the initial period of the eponymous Inquisitor’s reign. Mechanically, Eisenhorn: XENOS resembles the Batman: Arkham and God of War series.
