Action games. Wide category of games that require reflex, accuracy and agility. It includes, among other things, shooters (e.g. Call of Duty and Battlefield series) and action-adventure games (Tomb Raider). First and third person perspective (FPP/TPP) is used. In most cases we are playing as a character who has to defeat some enemies and reach a specific point. We can use a wide range of weapons, including pistols, rocket launchers, swords, knives and like. Action-adventure is a particular category within action games genre. Such titles put less emphasis on action and combat, focusing more on story, exploration and puzzles.

Resident Evil: Chronicles HD

The productions included in the bundle are quite different in terms of gameplay mechanics from the main installments of the series, as they are not classic TPP action games but first-person rail shooters. God Eater 2

A sequel to the dynamic action game with RPG features inspired by the Monster Hunter series and developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment. Like its predecessor, God Eater 2 was made for PlayStation handhelds. We play as a hero wielding a magical weapon, whose party must deal with more and more powerful monsters. The story starts three years after the events of the first game, in which the world witnessed the invasion of monstrous beats, halted only by the titular God Eaters.

Each of the three episodes tells a completely different story shown from the perspective of a different character.

Batman: Arkham Knight - Batgirl: A Matter of Family

The first story DLC for the game Batman: Arkham Knight, developed by WB Games Montreal, the creators of e.g. the first installment in the series. The story takes place before Arkham Asylum. You play as Batgirl, who, together with Robin, sets out to rescue Commissioner Gordon, kidnapped by the Joker. During the game you visit a brand new location of Seagate Amusement Park, built on an oil platform. This is where you fight Joker's mooks and face new main quests and side quests.
Dragon Quest Heroes II

Similar to its predecessor, it is a spin-off title in the Dragon Quest franchise by Square Enix, and although it retains a similar atmosphere, it offers several new solutions. The plot of Dragon Quest Heroes II references the events of its predecessor. Despite the lack of any direct links to the core Dragon Quest productions, there are a few familiar faces to see here.
Crashlands

You explore a vast, diverse world filled with plants, wildlife, and numerous dangers. The game does not set any specific goal for you to achieve; the player’s main objective focuses solely on survival.
Reign of Kings

An MMO in Medieval setting, classified as a sandbox survival simulator. The game does not introduce a very refined plot; the players' characters, deprived of any memories, find themselves on the coast of a mysterious island, where it's everybody for themselves in the struggle for the royal throne. As in pretty much any survival game, the essential element of the gameplay is the need to obtain food, and the resources necessary to construct simple tools or, eventually, your own fort.
LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin

The story of LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin is connected to the previous installment in the series. After defeating the tyrant and his Nindroid minions, the five heroes have to face another threat, which is the eponymous Ronin leading the Army of Shadows.
Alien: Isolation

An atmospheric FPP survival horror game set in the iconic universe of Alien. It has been created by Creative Assembly, known from their strategy game series, Total War. The game takes place after the events of first movie, and the developers adapted not only the movie's visual style, but also the it's characteristic atmosphere. We play as Amanda, daughter of Ellen Ripley, the main protagonist of the movie. She sets on a journey to find out what happened to her mother after the Nostromo incident.
Batman: Arkham Knight

The fourth installment in the action game series, featuring the titular comic book superhero. The game was developed by Rocksteady, the studio which had previously worked on Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City. The plot depicts the next chapter of Batman’s adventures. This time, the hero must face Scarecrow, who successfully terrorized Gotham City.
Assassin's Creed: Syndicate

It is the ninth major installment in a best-selling action game series, this time developed by Ubisoft Quebec. After a brief affair with the French Revolution the developers decided to take players to 19th-century London of the Victorian era, giving them control of two characters: hot-headed young man named Jacob and his twin sister Evie. Although the game retains all of its key elements, gameplay mechanics went through some changes.
Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris

A continuation of the warmly-received spin-off of the Tomb Raider series in which adventures of beautiful archaeologist are seen from the isometric view, which is unusual for the series. The game is once again developed by Crystal Dynamics and this time the action takes us to Egypt, where you will visit the titular Temple of Osiris as well as some other places.
Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark

New Edge of Reality studio, known mostly from The Incredible Hulk production, is responsible for the new part of the series. The plot of the game combines threads known from previous Activision games and Michael Bay's film series and focuses on the search for the Black Spark - the title artifact hiding a mysterious power.
Assassin's Creed: Rogue

Another installment in popular the Assassin’s Creed series, created and developed by the Ubisoft company. Unlike Assassin’s Creed: Unity, released in a similar time window on PC and the eight generation consoles, Rogue is designed for older platforms. Story-wise, the game is a conclusion of the plots presented in the third and the fourth part of the series. The game is set in mid-18th century, and for the first time in the series you play as a Templar, Shay Patrick Cormack.
Metal Gear Solid: Special Missions

The expansion focuses on the game's home VR Mode mode, offering 300 missions taking place in virtual reality. In the course of subsequent tasks, players can practice their combat and creep skills, although less conventional missions such as mysterious murders and the fight against giant cyber-soldiers are also foreseen.
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands

The game was produced by a Parisian subsidiary of the Ubisoft company, also responsible for the previous installment, Future Soldier. The game is set in Bolivia, where a dangerous drug cartel spreads terror, violence, and lawlessness, unrestrained by the corrupted government authorities.
