Find Mowen in the River Village

You're entering the jungle. A mysterious Voice informs you that you're here to find a lab, where scientists could create an antidote based on antibodies in your blood. But first you have to find Mowen who will help you get there. Together with Jin get inside a car #1 and drive to the village. Unfortunately you won't get too far because you'll reach the fallen bridge (1) #2.

Get out the car and take a very long walk. Go near the waterfall and kill all undead there #1 (watch out for a Floater). Time to run - on the above map with red dots we marked places where you can find large groups of zombies #2.

Once you get to the village, Jin will walk you to the hut #1 where you'll find Matutero #2. In order to get to Mowen, first you have to help Matutero with few issues.

Recover the stolen weapons and ammo and bring them back to Matutero

To get help from Matutero you have to recover weapons stolen by Afran. Before you leave the hut, Mohain will tell you to go through the canyon and The Ghost Village (1) #1. Once you get to The Ghost Village (2) you will meet a new enemy type - Butcher #2. This is very dangerous opponent. He got blades made of his own bones instead arms - he attacks you constantly and charges at you. You can deal with him easily if you're inside the car, but in a melee fight you should use Fury option or throwables or firearms. The best solution is to keep this lunatic at the distance.

Once you get to the place where Afran's soldiers stuck, a heavy shooting begins #1. Remember to aim at the head, so you can kill your opponent with one shoot. It might happen that undead #2 attack you, then go away and wait until soldiers and zombies fight each other. After that return to the battlefield and kill survivors.

When the area is clear, start loading two crates with weapons #1 to the red car. Do not worry about zombies on your way back, because you're inside the car #2. After getting to the village, get out the car, drop crates in front of the hut #2 and go to talk to Matutero.
