Rian sits on the bench next to the entrance inside the church. He will offer you money for every 5 batteries you can find. Basically batteries can be found everywhere - in houses, in cars, in shops. Look for them mainly in electrical devices.

Tavin can be found inside the warehouse #1, #2. This event is available only after completing the Simon Says... quest. Tavin will offer you creating an Incendiary Grenade if you can bring him detergents.

Three Nails

Difficulty level: Easy

Reward: 70 Exp, Money

Get the nails for the barricade construction

This event is available only after completing the Fortress of God quest.

Bruno will ask you to find some nails, because without them he is not able to barricade doors and windows. Nails can be found almost everywhere, even next to corpses.
