Bring two fuel canisters from the gas station and a package from Mowen's storage area

Once you get to the slums (1) you have to deal with two matters. First thing is to get some kind of pass for Titus in the prison. Mowen will give you a key to a container in hangars at the seaside (2). You can get inside the red container by using a ladder and climbing to any of containers #1. Watch out because there are Walkers at the top. Open the stash and take a mysterious package out of it #2.

Now the second thing - you have to find a gas for the boat. There is a gas station nearby (3) but it is full of undead. Gas canisters can be found next to the gas pumps - you need two of them. A car can also be found on this station. Take two canisters and put them on the car trunk #1. Drive back to the marina (1). But you won't be able to get close to the marina so you have to stop on the street (4) and move the canisters on your own foot #2.

Take four rods from the workshop of Jin's father

Water is getting restless so there is a risk of accidently falling into a mine. So you have to somehow fortify the boat. Go to the resort (1), near the place where you met Jin. After approaching to the workshop, you'll be welcomed (2) by infected and Walkers #1. Rods can be found near the back wall of the building #2. Take them and return to the boat. Before you go further, talk to Jin, who wants to settle yet one, private matter.
