The Faith indicator measures the faith level of your subjects. When it's filled with blue, then your Followers are very committed to their faith. When the gauge drops too much, your followers will start arguing and leaving the cult, so you should constantly monitor and raise your Faith level as needed using Sermons and rituals.
The Sickness indicator informs you about the level of disease among your Followers. When it drops slightly, it indicates that there are feces or corpses somewhere in the cult area, which can spread disease in the ranks of your subjects. You need to remove them as soon as possible to avoid your followers becoming ill.
You can use the Hunger indicator to see if your Followers are full. It informs about the cumulative level of hunger of all members of the cult. When you cook a meal, the hungriest ones will automatically eat first. Neglecting the Hunger level can cause followers to revolt and leave the cult.
The number of Followers indicates the current population of your cult.
The number of Coins tells you how much money you have.
Here the number of Commandment Stones is displayed, which are used to introduce Doctrines to your cult.
Your base number of Hearts determining how many hits you can take is displayed here.
