Bus Simulator 18 has the option to get experience levels. They unlock new buses, colors and decals. You don't get any skill points.

Experience points can be easily received but you can also lose them fast. To get experience points you have to:

1. Obey traffic rules,
2. Don't cause any accidents or crashes,
3. Help your passengers
4. Be on time,
5. Sell the right tickets,
6. Place your bus in the right spot,
7. Stop the bus when passengers ask you to do it,
8. Use indicators correctly.

These actions will give you a lot of experience. However, you can also lose these points really fast if you are a bad driver. This can also result in high fines.

You can lose points by:

1. Causing accidents,
2. Exceeding the speed limit,
3. Selling wrong tickets,
4. Giving the wrong change,
5. Driving with indicators turned on all the time,
6. Not using the indicators,
7. Not reacting to random events.
