Can you return to a region?
You can return to previously visited regions. All you need to do is use the anvil and select the Fast Travel option. Next, you need to press the map button (or menu, where all the most important things related to the adventure and character are). After this, all you have to do is choose the anvil you want to warp to.
Do things disappear after changing the region?
Unfortunately, after entering a new region during the story of Atlas Fallen some of the content is lost. This applies to some side tasks that cannot be completed after moving to the next region - this is justified by the plot. So if you want to complete all the side quests, do them as soon as possible.
