 | Time and place: 16:30, the main base of US Army, Zargabad. It's hard to treat as a mission this 9th episode of the campaign, because it's only a... cutscene, or rather outro. Colonel Kane, who was in charge of the operation "Arrowhead", announces its end. And this gentleman has at least three speeches prepared for this occasion. What you hear from his mouth depends on the results of your actions in previous missions. The best end is when you were able to free the hostages in the scenario "Eye of the Hurricane" and you also killed Aziz (preferably - in the same mission). |
In this case Kane's soldiers will be awarded with an ovation of press reporters. The next speech is prepared by Kane for an occasion of killing Aziz in one of these three missions in which you have a chance to do this, but at the expense of finding the prisoners dead. The worst final is when you weren't able to save the hostages and kill Aziz. I think there's also one more oration prepared for an occasion titled "prisoners saved and alive, but Aziz escaped". I don't know although how one can flub all two or three attempts of eliminating primary bad guy...
