This note is in the second office area, where you have answered the phone and watched the car. The note is in the second drawer of the desk, to the right of the locked passage[1] (October 17th 1899).

Another one is on the table, in the piston control room [1] (October 18th 1899).

After you jump into the coal chute, go right and climb up the stairs. The note is on the crate [1] (April 30th 1899).

You can find it in the office, right behind the factory's main entrance [1].
