The note is in the middle drawer of the desk, in the room next to the one, where you receive a journal update (The Factory Offices) [1] (May 1st 1899).

In the room with two doors, take the one to the right of the piano. The note is in the last drawer of the desk [1] (August 22nd 1899).

You find another note after you leave the offices out into the yard. It is by the fence, on the crates to the left [1] (October 11th 1899).

In the storage with fuel pump, you will enter a room with pigs hanging down on meat hooks. As you leave the room, you will walk into a corridor. Go right and enter the broom closet. The note is to the right [1] (September 28th 1899).
