After you have regained control, go straight ahead and open the doors. After you climb up the ladder, you will receive a new journal entry (Betrayed!).
Go straight ahead. You will reach a room with machines. Remove the fuses from both ([1] and [2]), move the lever to the left [3] (the correct position in the screenshot).
Backtrack to where steam used to leak and where there you can hear a bell ringing. Squeeze through the tanks and climb down the ladder. Go straight ahead along the trail of bricks and crouch under the further tanks At a certain point, your character will lose consciousness.
You will wake up in a new room. It may seem that the monster is here, but it is not. Not yet. To get out of here, you first have to pull two pipes [1]. They are identical and close to each other, so there should be no problems with finding them. After you pull out the first one, light will go out. and you will receive a new journal entry (Mandus is the Saboteur!). After you remove the second one, steam will stop to leak from a nearby pipe.
Before you have remover the pipes, steam used to leak here. Regardless of whether you have touched it earlier, or you have done it now, you will receive a journal update (Steam Vents). If the steam is gone, you will receive another one (Pressure regulator). Opposite there is a mechanism in glass casing [1], and ratchets underneath. Pick up one of the ratchets and throw it at the casing. You will break the machine.
At this point, two monsters will appear in the room. Squeeze under the pipe and go right. You will reach a ladder [1]. Quickly, climb up.
After you climb up, close the hatch. You will receive a journal update (Into the Pipes and out of the Engines). Go straight ahead. To the left, you will spot a passage. Crouch and get under the pipe.
Jump down. Go straight ahead a bit and climb up the ladder to the right. You will reach a room with a map of the complex. Take the lift [1].
