After you have regained control, open the lift and leave. You will receive a new journal entry (Sabotage!). Go straight ahead and then, up the stairs on the right. Behind the armchair, there is a locked door [1]. A new journal entry (Maintentance Access).
Climb down the stairs. On the left, you will notice a centrifuge that you have to complete with specific components to form its inside and open the door. You will receive a new journal entry (The Centrifuge). There are two passages to choose from. First, take the one on the left, where it says Low Temperature Storage. Follow the path ahead. After a short cutscene, keep on moving.
Pull the lever next to the barrel [1].
A container will fall out of the machine. Take it to the pipe and set it in place [1]. Move the lever [2] to on, and pneumatically, it will be carried over to the mixer.
Open the door and move on. As soon as you notice that the lantern starts to flicker, run ahead to escape from the monster. Open the door and dash inside. The door will slam shut and lock the monster out.
Approach the end of the pneumatic tube, remove the container with the first ingredient and place it in the machine. Try out all three possible slots and the game will place it in the correct one [1].
Take the passage where it says Holding Pens. Follow the path until you reach ajar door next to the cargo lift. Open the door wider and go straight ahead.
Climb up the stairs and go left. In the next room, the monster will appear. Hide and wait for it to leave. Climb down the stairs, reach the other end of the room and climb up the stairs.
To the right, you will spot a steam leakage. Mandus will cough each time you come too close. On the left, there is a pipe of the pneumatic tube and three units of the ingredient. Send one of them over the tube, just like earlier (take the container [1], carry it over to the tube [2] and pull the lever [3]). If you have done that right, you will be able to place another one in the tube *the first container will be placed in the tube, if you approach close enough. The other one will not do that).
Follow the passage to the left. Opposite the grate, you will spot a door. Open it and you will return to the room with double stairs, broken lift and the phone. Head towards the room with the mixer. Along your path, in the room with cages, there is the monster. Either get around it or dash through the room.
In the room with the mixer, remove the second ingredient from the pneumatic tube and place it in the machine. You have to pick the right one, out of the remaining two (the game will lock the container in place automatically). Press the button on the left.
After a while, the mixing will be over and you will receive a new mixture and a journal entry (A Heady Brew). Take the mixture to the locked door upstairs, next to the dentist chair and approach the padlock (Mandus will break the container when you approach close enough). Then, direct the lamp light onto the door, the substance will corrode the lock and the passage will open.
Move on. Climb down the ladder (the ladder icon will appear after you roll over it) and jump into the hole.
