To start the second level in Unravel 2, you have to go through the vent shaft. This will let you get into the next room.
There you have to take one character to the shelf at the window and stand in the glowing spot. The other character ought to push the cardboard box towards the bed, then use it to jump onto the bed and stand in the glowing spot. After doing that, push the box towards the shelf at the window and exit through it.

Walk on the roofs
After exiting through the window, you will get to the rooftops. Now, attach the yarn to two points so that it's horizontal - use it to jump and continue the journey.
The first building
After entering the vent shaft on the roof, you will get to one of the buildings. Leave one character at the top and lower the other one using the wall. After reaching the bottom, attach its yarn to both available points. This will create a bridge that will allow you the other character to descend.
Avoiding enemies
The Hideaway is inhabited by the first enemies you meet in the game. These are black shadows roaming the outside. You can't attack them - only avoid them. They don't leave their area - a few moments of observation will allow you to learn how to avoid them. The screen above shows a situation, where you need to wait for the enemy to get closer to be able to jump over it - just bounce off the wall on the left.
The Park
You will encounter a truck with some pipes. In order to proceed, you have to move the lower pipe to the left, use it to jump higher and push the pipes to the right. Then, join the characters go underneath and climb up by bouncing off the car and the pipes.
Going further on, you will encounter benches and a mailbox. Jump from the bench onto the pole, lower one character and swing it to reach the box. If you accidentally fall from the pole, just climb back using the yarn.
After getting on the skateboard you have to join the characters and push it as hard as you can to the left. Then, quickly jump onto the board - this will let you speed up and easily reach the other side.
Playground
At the entrance to the playground, you need to create a bridge, which you can use to push the small bucket up there. Attach one end of the yarn to the sand, then jump up and attach it to the higher point. Separate the characters and get down with one of them. Push the bucket up.
On the other side, you will have to create another bridge. Coil the yarn and join the characters. Create a bridge with the yarn. Push the bucket across the bridge. Then jump on the bucket and to the other side.
A bit further and you will have to climb on the climbing wall. Separate the characters. As soon as you're closer to the wall, loosen the yarn to lower the other character, swing and jump to the other side of the wall. Coil the yarn and pull the second character to yourself. This is how you can beat the entire wall.
Next section of the park
Going further, you will encounter a small stream. There's a spinning wheel above it. You have to attach the yarn to the point and run to the very top dragging the wheel with you.
Then, separate your characters, hook the yarn to the wheel and allow one of the characters to hang on the yarn. Meanwhile, switch to the other character and jump to the other side.
Take a step right and you will see a swing. Take one character and grab it as close to its left edge as you can. Switch to the other character, run on the branch and hold onto the spot where the swing is attached. After that, switch the characters and pull your companion up.
Vent shaft
After leaving the park, you will exit to the street. There's no danger there.
Right after crossing the street, you will get to a room with a vent shaft. You have to separate your characters. Let's assume the green one is going to hold objects and the grey one will be navigating the environment.
The very first thing to do is to attach the green yarn to the point underneath the mobile part and tighten it so that the part is lowered.
Then move the blowpipe to the right and stand on it. Then jump to the next element of the shaft. Use the green yarn to pull grey up.
Next create a bridge near the wall, bounce from it, attach the yarn higher and jump into the room. You can do that with one character, but if you do it with them both, you have to remember to pull your friend up - otherwise you won't leave the room.
The roof and the last building
Moving through the rooftops, you will see a moving element. There are two wooden boxes in front of it. Separate your characters and using one of them, create a bridge. Use the same character to bounce off the bridge and attach the yarn to the point on the element to drag it down. Switch characters and go to the other side of the element. Then pull the other character.
After reaching the room with the blowpipe you have to enter it quickly and let it blow you towards the shelf on the right. There, attach the yarn to the point, jump down, push the blowpipe to the other side and let it blow you to the other point, where you can attach your yarn. You can create a bridge in this way. Bounce off the bridge and jump up. You can do that all with just one character.
In the next part of the building, you'll see a room with pipes. You have to place one character on top and lower the other one down Then just swing it and attach the yarn at opposite corners. You'll create a bridge.
The last task is to leave the building. First, get onto the shelf and push one of the fans. Then jump down and let the fans lift you to the very top.
