Important choices | Episode 2: A House Divided TWD: Season Two Guide
Last update: 11 May 2016
The Walking Dead Season 2 offers the opportunity to make your own choices, which will have effects in the future. In each episode (as well as in the latest part of TWD) we will find several of such choices, which have been thoroughly described in this guide. It is not stated, whether a given choice is good or bad. Sometimes we will have to save one of two characters, so we can't really talk about a "good choice". At the end of each episode, we will have the opportunity to compare our choices with the choices of other players.
Important Choice 1
We encounter the first important choice in chapter 2 - Departure. We are blamed for taking a photo of Sarah.
1) I took the picture - We take the blame
2) It was Sarah's idea - We blame Sarah
Consequences of the choice: None
Important Choice 2
The second important choice on the list awaits us in chapter 9 - Christmas Dinner. Our choice here is the decision whether we shall sit at the table with Kenny or with Luke.
1) Choosing Kenny - Luke will remember that
2) Choosing Luke - Kenny will remember that
Consequences of the choice: None
Important Choice 3
The third important choice we find in chapter 11 - In The Dark. We make an important decision whether to tell Walter the truth about shooting his friend Matthew.
1) It was us. Nick shot him - We tell the truth
2) We didn't do anything - We lie to Walter
Consequences of the choice: If we tell the truth, there is a chance that Walter will help him during the zombie attack. If we lie to him, Walter won't help him.
Important Choice 4
Forgiving Nick is the forth choice which we encounter. We will find it in chapter 11 - In The Dark. It depends on our decision, whether Nick will survive the zombie attack and whether Walter will help him.
1) He's like everyone else - Walter won't help Nick
2) Nick is a good guy - you've vouched for Nick. Walter will forgive and help him.
Consequences of the choice: If in the choice number three you've pleaded guilty, during the conversation with Walter, and also vouched for Nick in the choice number four, Nick will stay alive. If you've chosen different answers, Nick will die and Walter will not forgive him.
If in the choice number three you've told Walter the truth and in the choice number four you haven't vouched for Nick, Nick alone will not confess. If you've chosen answer number one (pleading guilty) and number two (Nick is a good guy), Nick will confess to Walter.
Important Choice 5
We find the last one of the important choices in chapter 12 - Caught In a Trap. The important choice here is the decision whether we will go search for Luke and Kenny or whether we will give up and go downstairs.
1) We have to give up. He'll kill him - We give up and go downstairs
2) I'll find Luke and Kenny - We go looking for Luke and Kenny
Consequences: If we choose answer number one 1.) We have to give up. He'll kill him we will be able to save Alvin. If number two, Carver will kill Walter and Alvin, and later we will give up.
