He wants you to blow up one of the buildings [513]. Do it [514] even if you own the place - after a couple of hours it will be rebuilt and you will get the possibility to frame on of Almeida's men.

Juan-Pablo del Monte [515] is standing before the place where the game begun [516].

He wants you to bear someone [517] - go to the place [518]. Bribe the nearby policeman and beat the target afterwards. You will get a possibility to get one of your men out, in case he gets caught by the police.
