It's over, Jacob!
How to unlock: Get all trophies.
Trophy type: platinum
Notes: The platinum trophy can only be obtained in PS4 and PS5 versions of Callisto Protocol.
I Do Belong Here
How to unlock: Complete the game on any difficulty level.
Trophy type: gold
Notes: This trophy is unlocked automatically in the course of the story campaign. It is obtained regardless of the difficulty level you choose (Minimum Security also works) and you can adjust the difficulty during the course of the game.
You Need a Gun
How to unlock: Fully upgrade one weapon
Trophy type: gold
Notes: The easiest and cheapest way to do this is to obtain a full set of upgrades for the BI-55 pistol, which is the first firearm obtained in the game. In total, all upgrades for this weapon sum up to 2800 credits.
If you don't want to spend the credits, you can accumulate the needed sum (2800 credits), save the game, upgrade the weapon fully at the nearest ReForge and reload your save.
The Protocol is About Life
How to unlock: Complete the game on Maximum Security difficulty.
Trophy type: gold
Notes: Here are some tips for playing at Maximum Security:
- Buy Riotgun and Assault Rifle upgrades. These are the two best weapons in the game and when upgraded, they make battles much easier.
- Choose upgrades that increase damage dealt. Monsters have more health meaning you will have to attack them more.
- Consider doing a playthrough on one of the lower difficulty levels. This way, the collectibles will be out of the way, (provided you collect them) and you'll get acquainted with combat locations and tactics. Moreover, having knowledge of an incoming boss fight allows you to stock up on ammo and health items before the battle.
- You can make use of Accessibility features. For example, you can toggle automatic dodging or easier QTEs. These facilitations do not block you from getting the achievement.
To learn more about accessibility features in Callisto Protocol, visit the dedicated page in the Appendix.
There is an option involving tampering with the game and obtaining the trophy more easily. Follow these steps:
- Create a manual save after defeating the final boss on normal or easy difficulty. You have a chance of saving in the area shown in the screenshot (before the escape sequence).
- Finish the campaign and turn off the game after the end credits.
- Restart the game and load the manual save you created earlier.
- Pause the game. Enter the Gameplay menu and change the difficulty to Maximum Security.
- Complete the final battle. Once all end cut-scenes conclude, the trophy should be unlocked.
This method works on 1.004 version of the game (PS5). It is possible that the exploit may be patched with future updates, leaving you to complete the game by normal means.
Grim Reaper
How to unlock: Harvest and read all implants.
Trophy type: gold
Notes: To unlock this achievement, you need to find all 43 of collectibles, both implants from the trophy description and all audio logs. Here is a list of secrets, divided according to the chapter:
- Cargo - 1 secret to find
- Outbreak - 3 secrets to find
- Aftermath - 8 secrets to find
- Habitat - 7 secrets to find
- Lost - 8 secrets to find
- Below - 5 secrets to find
- Colony - 7 secrets to find
- Tower - 4 secrets to find
Note - Most of the time, you can't go back to the secrets you've missed. When progressing to a new section of a chapter, the door may close behind you locking out the previous areas, and there is no Chapter Select option. You have to pick up collectibles as they appear.
The Commonality
How to unlock: Uncover the mystery of Kallipolis.
Trophy type: gold
Commentary: This achievement has been described in more detail on a separate page of the trophy guide: The Commnality trophy - secret rooms 1 and 2. Both secrets have to be collected during the same playthrough.
Get a Grip
How to unlock: Grab 25 enemies with the GRP.
Trophy type: silver
Notes: This trophy should be easily unlocked during a standard playthrough on any difficulty level. Use the GRP to grab monsters as often as possible (provided your energy levels allow it).
Terminated
How to unlock: Take down a security robot.
Trophy type: silver
Notes: The method of dealing with security robots have been described in detail on a dedicated page of the guide (How to destroy a security robot?).
A good opportunity to get the trophy appears e.g. in the final moments of the Aftermath chapter, when you receive a choice to either destroy or sneak past a security robot. This is not the only opportunity - you encounter security robots in a few locations in the further part of the game.
Two Heads Are Better Than One
How to unlock: Take down the Two-Head.
Trophy type: gold
Notes: This trophy involves the first of the four battles with Two-Head, which takes place on the transport platform in the chapter Below.
We discuss this fight in detail in the FAQ section (How to defeat the Two-head boss?).
In Striking Distance
How to unlock: Kill an enemy by combining the GRP and a melee weapon.
Trophy type: gold
Notes: The first opportunity to get the achievement appears right after you get the GRP in the Aftermath chapter. After initiating combat:
- weaken the monster with firearm attacks - the point is to make it lose some health points, but not kill it.
- grab the monster with GRP and throw it against the wall;
- run up to the monster and attack with a melee weapon.
If the monster is still standing, repeat the pattern (GRP + melee attacks).
Paper Jams
How to unlock: Print a weapon for the first time.
Trophy type: silver
Notes: This trophy is unlocked automatically in the course of the story campaign. The schematic and materials for crafting the weapon (BI-55 Pistol) are found during the Aftermath chapter.
Reforged
How to unlock: Print a weapon upgrade.
Trophy type: silver
Notes: Unlocking this trophy is immensely easy, as the game almost cannot be beaten without upgrading your equipment. Pick any weapon in the ReForge (melee or ranged weapon) and pay the needed credits for the upgrade.
Giving Back
How to unlock: Stab five blind enemies in the back.
Trophy type: silver
Notes: This trophy is best obtained during the Below chapter, as that is where blind, hearing-amplified monsters start to appear.
Sneak to the monsters from behind to be able to perform the backstab with the Shiv. You'll encounter many more blind monsters than the 5 specified in the achievement, so don't worry if you've slipped and alarmed the given monster.
Mugshot
How to unlock: Take a photo using photo mode.
Trophy type: bronze
Comment: You can activate the photo mode from the pause menu at any time during the game. Once activated, press R2/RT to take a photo - any will do.
Float Like a Butterfly
How to unlock: Perfect dodge five times.
Trophy type: silver
Notes: You don't have to do them in a row, but only 5 of them in total.
A perfect dodge occurs when you move the analog stick left or right just before the enemy attack reaches you. You will recognize that you are successful when a slight time slowdown is activated. The analog stick has to be moved left or right only for a short moment. You cannot hold the stick longer, because then the dodge will not be successful.
Flesh Wound
How to unlock: Use melee or ranged weapons to take both arms off a living enemy.
Trophy type: silver
Notes: This trophy is easily obtained during any battle - in our case, we've unlocked it during the first ever monster encounter. The monster you're facing has to lose both upper limbs as a result of your attacks (example in screenshot).
Chew 'Em Up
How to unlock: Kill ten enemies with environmental hazards.
Trophy type: silver
Notes: This trophy should be easily unlocked during a standard playthrough on any difficulty level.
A good place to score this achievement is during the big battle with monsters in the Aftermath chapter. There will be plenty of working machines in the area. Grab enemies with the GRP and hurl them at working traps . To make matters easier, you can restart the battle several times to get the kills you need.
Alternatively, you can get the kills one by one in other places, simply using the encountered hazards that appear in many areas throughout the course of the story.
Workplace Hazard
How to unlock: Use GRP to kill an enemy by throwing them into an environmental hazard.
Trophy type: silver
Notes: This achievement is an easier version of the one found above (Chew 'Em Up). Simply throw an enemy at a hazard with the GRP.
The Outer Way
How to unlock: Find the Outer Way boarding craft.
Trophy type: bronze
Notes: This is one of the trophies that you get automatically as you progress through the game. You can't miss it.
Desperate Times
How to unlock: Get the Shiv from Elias.
Trophy type: bronze
Notes: This is one of the trophies that you get automatically as you progress through the game. You can't miss it.
If the SHU fits...
How to unlock: Activate the SHU.
Trophy type: bronze
Notes: This is one of the trophies that you get automatically as you progress through the game. You can't miss it.
Without a Paddle
How to unlock: Survive the pipeslide.
Trophy type: bronze
Notes: This is one of the trophies that you get automatically as you progress through the game. You can't miss it.
Crash Site
How to unlock: Return to the crashed ship.
Trophy type: bronze
Notes: This is one of the trophies that you get automatically as you progress through the game. You can't miss it.
In the Pipe, Five by Five
How to unlock: Reach the Hangar flight deck.
Trophy type: bronze
Notes: This is one of the trophies that you get automatically as you progress through the game. You can't miss it.
Power Up
How to unlock: Restore power to the old facility.
Trophy type: bronze
Notes: This is one of the trophies that you get automatically as you progress through the game. You can't miss it.
What Lies Beneath

Full Circle
