Callisto Protocol: Guide content
Our guide to The Callisto Protocol opens with chapters on the main gameplay mechanics. You can read the Beginner's guide, from which you will learn key information regarding, among others, surviving or eliminating enemies. We also described in more detail the most useful upgrades to the main character's equipment.
The walkthrough section occupies a lot of space in our guide. Our walkthrough is detailed and concerns e.g. eliminating or avoiding monsters, completing mission objectives, mandatory and optional exploration, solving environmental puzzles or defeating bosses.
In a separate chapter, we have described all the schematics needed to unlock new printable items in the Reforge.
Our guide to The Callisto Protocol ends with an appendix in which we have included, above all, a trophy guide with information on unlocking achievements and getting the platinum trophy. Separate pages of the appendix concern e.g. controls, system requirements, season pass or how long it takes to complete the game.
Callisto Protocol: Quick beginner's guide
- Master dodges and blocks. There are many fights in which you don't have a firearm or can use them only to a limited extent.
- Manage your inventory wisely. For the first few chapters, you only have 6 inventory slots.
- Stomp the corpses of your opponents. You can finish off downed enemies and make additional loot to "fall" from the corpses of monsters.
- Aim your guns at the legs of the running monsters. You can shoot them off forcing the enemies to crawl, making them much easier targets to eliminate.
- Explore the optional areas. Don't focus only on the main progressions, because you can miss a lot of loot, including very valuable ones (e.g. new weapon schematics).
- Use the GRP to easily kill enemies. You can easily get kill enemies you caught, e.g. by throwing them at an environmental trap or into the abyss. Keep an eye on the glove's energy bar while doing so.
You can find more tips and hints on a separate page of the guide: Beginner's guide.
