Go out on the terrace and talk to Leni and the man standing by the railing.
During this chapter, you'll have the chance to unlock the Art Critic and Betrayed achievements. You can read more about it on a separate page of this guide: Trophies.
Set the radio
Head to the attic and pick up the antenna from the radio on the coffee table.
Head to the ground floor of the refuge and walk up to the radio on the table near the counter. Examine the top part of the radio.
Use the knob on the antenna to slide out all 4 pieces. Then insert the antenna into the hole next to the handset. Click on the handle on top of the antenna and follow the directions on the screen to slide it out.
Then grab the antenna handle and rotate it upward. When the antenna is in the correct position, grab the small knob and turn it so that the antenna opens.
Examine the knob at the bottom of the antenna. When you turn the knob, the light next to it should turn orange.
Once the antenna is set up correctly, take out the notes from your backpack's left pocket. They contain all the necessary instructions to receive the message.
Examine the top part of the radio responsible for receiving messages. Turn on the radio and set the frequency to 6.9. Then turn on the switch on the bottom of the radio
If you have done everything correctly, the light above the switch at the top of the radio will turn red and you will start receiving a Morse code message.
Examine the lower part of the radio responsible for transmitting messages and set the frequency to 8.4. Finally, pick up the handset near the antenna.
