Chapter 3 of Sherlock Holmes The Awakened Remake takes us to Edelweiss Institute. On this page of the guide we show what to do and what to look for while in this psychiatric hospital. We show the locations of all clues, how to get past the guard standing ground at the entrance to Block B and how to solve the Mind Palace puzzle.

Block A

Start by talking to the woman in the reception - choose any dialogue options you like, as no matter what you will say, Sherlock will wake up in a cell.

After waking up, examine the man sleeping on the bed. Open the cell door and take a look at the item lying on the table on the left.

Start following the corridor and turn right, then go through the door and climb the stairs to reach the exam room. Scan the area and examine the map on the wall.

Pick up the tranquilizer lying on the tray next to the chair. Return to the stairs and enter Block A.

Enter the pharmacy (the entrance is on the left side of the corridor) and pick up the piece of paper from the desk next to the wall. Take the syringe from the medicine shelf.

Approach the table and examine:

1. bottles on the left,
2. bottles on the right,
3. instrument in the middle of the table.

How to get past the guard standing ground at the entrance to Block B?

Behind the pharmacy there is a storage room and entrance to Block B. Unfortunately, the door to Block B is protected by a guard who won't let you pass. Return to Block A and approach the cell with Maurizio written on it.

After talking to Maurizio, go forward and enter the Storage Room. Approach the table and examine:

1. the diploma,
2. toolbox.

Moreover, examine the painting and books scattered around the room. Next to the candlestick by the painting you will find a kitchen elevator.

In the kitchen elevator examine:

1. crank,
2. photograph (rotate the photo and read the writing on the other side),
3. leftover grease.

In a small box on the floor look for:

1. letter,
2. tube.

After searching the rooms and collecting all clues, enter the Mind Palace. For the question How to safely remove the Block B guard? mark following clues:

1. A bottle of sedative,
2. Metal tubes,
3. Syringes.

After solving the puzzle in Mind Palace, look again at the box on the ground. Pick up the metal tube and rotate it until you notice a point to interact with.

Return to the guard and interact with the point marked next to the grate. Target the guard and drug him with the sedative.
