Steam achievements
Below, there's a list of all the achievements that you can get in the game.
Icon | Name | Description |
 | No looking back | A story related achievement that you get after exiting the shaft which leads to the technician's room. |
 | Surgeon | A story related achievement. Use the antidote. |
 | Junkie | Use the antidote 10 times. |
 | Ninja | Sneak through Biomed without being spotted by any clones. |
 | My hope | A story related achievement. Launch the emergency life pods. |
 | Ashes to ashes | A story related achievement. Burn the corpse in furnace. |
 | Burn | A story related achievement. Destroy the ship. |
 | Hypohondriac | Use two antidotes at a time. In order to do so, you have to use the second antidote during the shock you get after the first one. |
 | Sprinter | During one game, you have to sprint for at least 10 minutes in total. |
 | The Roots | In the main Administrative Zone, next to the cubicles, is a place in the wall that is overgrown with ivy. Going through it will lead to a small hideout. You can enter only during the quest "Find the Officer's hand". See the chapter with the same name to learn more. |
 | Hear it | Listen to all parts of the journal. |
 | Ghost | Sneak through Biomed 2-2 unnoticed by Phantaruk (the section in oxygen mask) |
 | I, Human | During the test before entering the Administrative Zone, you have to state you were born on Earth and you're a human. |
 | Perfect clone | A story related achievement. Answers all the test questions correctly. |
 | The Show | Watch the two clones found in the same cage in Biomed-1 for about a minute. They should be near the cage with the head of a worker. Look: Reach the Administrative Zone quest. |
 | Cat | Finish the game without using the flashlight. |
 | True Detective | Read all the notes related to Phantaruk's cult. |
 | Dwarf | Spend 10 minutes in ventilation shafts throughout the whole game. |
 | Clean and Healthy | Finish the game without taking any damage. |
 | Librarian | Find all the entries of the journal in the game. |
 | Invisible | Finish the game unnoticed by Phantaruk (the lab is an exception). |
 | Doctor | Find all the syringes in the game. |
 | True Librarian | Read the message on sticky notes, as well as all journal entries. |
