Once you have the data storage device in your pocket, you can go back to the courtyard. Before leaving the captain's quarter, go to the stairs on the left side and then straight ahead. There you will find the door shown on the above picture. Previously the passage was unavailable because the door requires captain's authorization. Thanks to the data from the pendrive you can enter the sluice. Use the computer and move to the Biomed-2 section.
After leaving the sluice you will see the above view. Directly in front of you there will be a map of the section, which on the picture is marked in red. Further road leads through the corridor on the right. Just after you enter it you can listen to another piece of the journal. Once the transmission is over, go ahead.
After passing by a few obstacles you will see some knocked over bars. On the left side you will find a computer and a chest on the wall. Once you get close, an alarm will be activated. You can turn it off by interacting with the computer. Then walk towards the chest in which you will find a syringe and a battery.

You will enter an area with Phantaruk. On the right side there is an entrance to the Morgue. Even if you enter inside, you will encounter closed door. It's hard to determine where the monster is, but wherever you go, he will track you down and get close to you.
While you're next to the door, stick to the left side, but keep going through the corridor ahead. If you're far enough from the morgue's door, the door won't open automatically, giving you more time for getting away from the source of the danger. The corridor turns to the left - that's where you should go.
Behind the turn you will find a glass door to the room[1]. Enter inside and on one of the tables you will find a syringe. There is nothing else of use here, you can keep going forward. Leave the room through any door you want. By going across the corridor you will reach a wide glass door. You should turn left before that door. You will recognize the destination area[2] by the light turned on. Enter through the door and immediately turn to the left. Double doors are leading to the room - it doesn't matter which one you use.
Notice the above picture. Behind the crucified man you will find another journal entry, a syringe and a medical access card. The latter will be very important later in the game. You should pick the story item as the last. Thanks to that, if you don't manage getting further, you won't waste time on having to pick the mentioned items again.
You must act quickly after picking up the items. Quickly go back to the corridor. This time walk through the glass door before which you previously turned. Behind the door you will find a dark corridor with a conduit through which a steam will start leaking. If you don't hear Phantaruk behind you, you can enter the room on the right[3] and pick up another syringe. If you are threatened, then it is better to turn to the left at the first crossroad. In the room on your right you will find some flashlight batteries. If they can be useful to you and you have some time, you can walk in and collect them. If not, then go to the end of the corridor. On the right side you will find a door[4] which you can authorize by using the card you recently collected. You should still act as quickly as possible because until you walk through the mentioned door, you are still threatened by Phantaruk.

Behind the door you will find a dark room from which you can easily leave. There will be another sluice in front of you. Before entering inside, you will listen to another journal recording. Once the transmission is over, enter the sluice and end your actions in this section.
