MiSide is a mystery-horror game like no other. While we’ve seen titles like Undertale, Little Nightmares or Little Misfortune, this immersive, narrative-driven experience blends adventure, puzzle-solving, and exploration within a beautifully crafted world where reality bends, challenging your perception. However, some players have found it difficult to fully enjoy the enigmatic story due to the latest Christmas theme, where everything is shrouded in snow. Luckily, there’s a way to turn it off.

How to turn off Christmas theme in MiSide

The Christmas theme in MiSide outfits our beloved Mita (and even your character) in stylish, festive attire, with the house decorated to match the holiday spirit. It may look charming at first, but honestly, it's time for it to be turned off. The most frustrating part? The constant snowfall inside the house. Seriously, what’s going on here? It’s a bit much!

So, if you’re like me and don’t want to wait for an update to get rid of all this Christmas stuff, just change the date on your PC. Here’s how:

  1. If you’re currently playing MiSide, close the game.
  2. Right-click on the date in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
  3. Select “Adjust Data and Time”.
  4. Turn off the “Set the time automatically” option, then click on “Change” near the “Set the time and data manually” section.
  5. Set the date to a few months back and click on “Change”.
  6. Relaunch the game and enjoy it without the snowy theme!
