How to drive tractor in My Summer Car (MSC)
In My Summer Car you can drive a tractor. However, it’s not that simple. So, how to do it?
After 8 years in early access, My Summer Car was finally released in full version. So, it is a good opportunity to return to 90s Finland and repair Satsuma again. Of course, it will take some time to restore the car to working order. Until then, you will use other vehicles, and one of them is a tractor.
How To Drive Tractor (Kekmet) in My Summer Car
Tractor (Kekmet) is one of the vehicles owned by the protagonist. It’s very useful in certain jobs like towing junk cars or delivering firewood. You can find this machine in the woodshed next to your home. As soon as you get into it, you will notice that there are quite a lot of levers inside. So, what do you need to do to drive a tractor?
- On the right side of the steering wheel, you will find a throttle lever that allows you to control speed. Pull it towards the seat a little bit.
- Next, press the ignition button to start the engine.
- Finally, you must release the handbrake (left of your seat).
Now the tractor is ready to ride. However, not so fast. You still have to keep a few things in mind. The vehicle has two range settings – low and high. The first of them is useful when you need a huge amount of engine power to tow other vehicles or deal with difficult terrain like hills. The second one allows you to reach higher speed, so it’s a better option when you drive on straight roads. You can change ranges by using the lever on the right side of your seat. Next to it, you can also find a front loader fork control lever. Additionally, there is a gearshift attached to the front of the seat.
