Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Will Get New Content and PS5 and XSX Versions
Bandai Namco Entertainment is not thinking of abandoning the seven-year-old Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Today the game will receive a major update, with more DLC and current-generation console versions coming next year.
Despite being seven years old, the fighting game Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is still being developed. Bandai Namco Entertainment has revealed the next highlights that await fans of the game.
Today Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will receive update number 12. It will introduce to the game:
- a new event: Festival of Universes;
- a new battle mode: Cross Versus;
- the ability to activate the power of Ultra Instinct;
- unlocking the level cap for our Avatar;
- improvements to various game features.
In addition, until October 19, we will receive bonuses for logging in regularly, as well as the opportunity to check out for free playable characters that are usually paid for, such as: Android 17 (DB Super version), Bojack, Cabba, Dabura Majin Buu (Gohan Absorbed version), Android 13, Frost, Fu, Fused Zamasu, God of Destruction Champa, Goku (Ultra Instinct version), Jiren, Kefla (Super Saiyan version), Broly Full Power Super Saiyan, SSGSS Gogeta, SSGSS Vegito, Super Baby 2, Tapion, Vados, Rose Goku Black, Zamasu and others.
These are not the only upcoming attractions. Bandai Namco Entertainment has also announced that next year will see the release of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 ports for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S consoles. In addition, additional scenarios and new playable characters are scheduled for 2024.
