Minecraft fans can hardly complain about lack of attractions in recent months. The announcement of a huge update and two snapshots with its contents and the launch of the game's "mascot" in the biggest crossover in the history of video games have evoked enthusiasm in fans of the angular universe. What could outbid this? For example, the appearance of the Star Wars universe in Minecraft in the form of a DLC, releasing today with an accompanying trailer.

The package includes content from the original Star Wars trilogy (A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi) as well as The Mandalorian series (yes, Baby Yoda is also here). You'll find skins (including reskins), maps, texture sets, interface elements, and even soundtracks from movies and the series. All this has been distributed among 12 planetary "dioramas". The Star Wars add-on is priced at 1340 Minecoins.

This is not the first visit of characters from the galaxy far far away to the world of Minecraft. For years there have been three sets of skins for 490 Minecoins each, not to mention creations of fans, constantly adding their favourite heroes, worlds etc. to the game. However, the official Star Wars DLC with the blessings of Disney and Lucasfilm will delight console and PC owners of the Bedrock version of the game who cannot benefit from the creations of other players. Below you will find a handful of screenshots from the add-on.
