Minecraft Dungeons: Jumping, rolling - what can my character do? Minecraft Dungeons guide, walkthrough
Can my character jump? How to roll?
Last update: 02 June 2020
Rolling is a new unique feature in Minecraft Dungeons. It allows you to get into dark corners. Also, you can cleverly evade the incoming attacks of your opponents.
Can I jump in Minecraft Dungeons?
No. You can't jump in Minecraft Dungeons. Instead, you can roll which allows you to jump through the gaps or holes in the ground.
Rolling - how does it work?
Every roll has a cooldown and your character can only roll once every few second. The ability to roll can be noticed in two ways. First, there is a pointer at the bottom of the screen - we have marked it on the screen above. The roll can be performed when the marker tag is active.
But you can also check that by looking at your character. When rolling is going to occur your character sweats a lot. You notice this by the droplets of sweat which run down your character's face. After they're gone, you can easily roll around.
