As Geron use the lockpicks with the door. Click on a statue - you will get the seventeenth achievement. If you want to get the eighteenth achievement, use repair spell with the heap of dust and then again, touch the statue. Do this ten times.

Then climb up by using the left ladder.

Look at the closed door - unfortunately you can't use the lockpicks with it. Take a broom and go downstairs.

Use the broom with the heap of dust. Take out a drawer (from the table on the left side on the room) and use it with the dust. Use the repair spell with the heap of dust.

Take a candle. Use it with the key. Take a waxen mold and use it with honey, which you can pick up from the left table.

Go outside and talk with the Shadow about Owlric and Bryda. Give him the waxen mold. You will get the enchanted waxen mold. Use the knife with it and you will get the key.

Come back to Bodiak's house and go to the attic. Use the key with the lock on the door, open the door and go inside.
