To get out from the prison Sadja needs to get rid of three objects: the dagger, the staff and the mask. You can throw them into the abyss (and for that you will gain the twentieth achievement), or give them to Xerxesa (if you do this, you will gain the twenty-first achievement).
After the conversation with Kasim, Sadja will get into the guestroom. Try to leave the room.
Look at the plant. Touch it and an air spirit appears. Talk with the air spirit and choose options: 'Play with me', 'Let's play hide and seek', 'You hide me from the magicians'. If you choose right answers, you will get the twenty-second achievement.
