Entering the building
After you land on the roof, you will spot a cluster of people. They will commit mass suicide. You can't prevent this from happening. Fortunately, they won't pay any attention to you, so you can venture on in peace.
You will get to the next part by jumping into a hole in the floor.
Go outside on the balcony and push the TV over the edge.
Then turn on the TV located next to the chair and use it to transport yourself onwards.
The Traps
As you enter the building, you will spot a lever. When pulled, it will turn on the electricity in that room. Don't forget about the water on the floor. So don't use the lever if you want to jump to the floor.
Your job is to pull the boards off the lower part of the door. Doing so will let one of your opponents enter the room.
Quickly pull the lever and turn on the electricity. This way the man will die before he manages to attack you.
Once you turn off the electricity, you can leave the room.
The Elevator puzzle
Ahead of you is an elevator puzzle, two televisions and a chute. It is easier than it seems.
Start by jumping down using the chute.
Then get to the elevator (you just need to put something under the lever to be able to reach it). Once in the elevator, turn on the TV.
Pulling the lever inside the elevator will make it go up.
It's time for another task. Make the elevator go down, then leave it by transporting yourself between the two TVs.
Next, hop on top of the elevator. This is the only way to get to the middle floor.
The Bathroom
To continue on, you will have to push aside the crate blocking the entrance to the shaft. Simply push it to the side so that it doesn't block your entrance.
You'll end up in the bathroom. However, you should keep the following information in mind. There is water spilled one the bathroom floor and if you step into it, you will be electrocuted.
Leave the bathroom by jumping over the water, then turn off the TV.
Quickly return the bathroom and jump into the spot right next to the shaft entrance. You will be safe there, and the woman will be electrocuted before she can get near you.
Once you have got rid of the woman, you just have to push the stool to the door and jump onto the door handle.
