The Basement - Lake Rdden Lake Ridden

The Basement is the next location that you will encounter in Lake Ridden. In order to reach this place, you have to take the elevator to the very bottom and then go to the right. During this journey, your character will start talking to Nora. She will direct you to the basement of the destroyed house. To enter this location you have to use the keys that you have acquired in the cellar earlier on.
After entering the basement, you must go to the room on the left. There is a large furnace there. Put two large pieces of coal in it, as well as a few smaller ones. If you throw in 3 large pieces of coal, the furnace will overheat and turn off.
After refilling the furnace, go to the second room. You will find a machine there. You have to switch its arrangement twice so that the water from the sewers begins flowing. When you achieve this, you have to go down the ladder to the sewer, where you must move the wooden chest to the upper left corner.
After moving the chest, go back to the top. Turn the valve on the pump again so that the water floods the sewer. When the water level rises you have to jump onto the previously arranged chest and enter the pipe. This way, you will reach the next rooms. You will meet Pearl there. She is the spirit of another girl. You will start talking to her. When you click the dialogue option number 6, Pearl will escape outside. Run with her. You will talk to Nora outside, and she will send you to the Estate.
The Estate
After talking to Nora, you must go to the estate that you already know well from the chapter The Estate. You must go to the first floor. Pearl is already there. Go in the direction from which the sound comes from. You will reach a passage concealed by a bookshelf. After you wait a few moments, Pearl will push it away. When you go to the other side you will see a flap on the floor. Open it and go down.
You will see a large chest in the basement. You must move it out of your way. To achieve this, all you need to do is turn the left knob of the nearby mechanism first, and then the right one. Thanks to this, the chest will be moved, and you will be able to reach the crossbow quite freely.
When you get down to the lower level, you will see a crossbow. You must shoot the blue light located on a shelf on the opposite side of the room with it. However, after your first shot, the spring will fall off. You must fix the crossbow. To do this you have to open the door on the right side of the crossbow. These doors, however, are secured by a padlock. To open it, you must arrange the appropriate shape on the padlock. When that is achieved, the door will open. Inside you will find a music box. You must open it in order to find a screwdriver.
After gaining the screwdriver, you must move the chest again. Turn the right knob first and then the left knob. Thanks to this, the chest will be moved down again. Approach it, remove the screwdriver from your inventory and use it on the chest. This way you will recover a spring from the lifting mechanism. Return to the crossbow. Remove the spring from your inventory, place it in the crossbow, and then shoot the blue ball.
A different dimension
After you hit the blue ball, approach it. It will take you to another dimension again. In this place, you have to follow the lights. They will take you to three chests, each one holds another source of light. In the end, the lights will lead you to a statue. You must set the combination on it accordingly. When you achieve this, you will come back to reality.
