Take out the trash, don't sell it
There are two ways to get rid of garbage
- Sell them using the Flipper tool,
- throw them into a trash bag.
In both cases, you will earn money. You will initially earn more for them by simply selling garbage, but then you will not receive skill points for collecting trash.
Therefore, we recommend first and foremost to collect trash normally into a bag and throw it into the bin, in order to quickly obtain the skill Nothing goes to waste. With this, collecting garbage will be as valuable as selling it.
Clean the main house
After getting to know the basic controls, you can immediately proceed to accept the first order, which will involve renovating the house and cleaning it up. However, we recommend starting with your main house at the very beginning. This will let you will earn more money, you will get a lot of improvement points in using a specific tool, which you will be able to spend on special abilities. This will speed up the execution of orders.
Use the Flipper sense every time
This is a skill that players receive at the very beginning. It is used to highlight objects that required cleaning, renovation, sale or removal. Thanks to this skill, every task will be easily completed with 3 stars. Remember, however, that a given item will be highlighted depending on what activity or tool you are currently using.
This means that if you have the garbage bag out and use Flipper's sense, only garbage in a given room will be highlighted. If it will be a sponge for cleaning dirt, then dirt will be highlighted, and so on.
Follow the exclamation marks
This applies to both those that are visible in the rooms and those found in the item menu. If it appears anywhere, it means that there's still something to do in a given room. By choosing the right tool, you will find out how much work is still left to be done.
Every house should be thoroughly cleaned
This is logical, but it's worth mentioning that for the best income, it pays to do everything a given apartment need getting done. While there is an option to finish the task faster, you will most likely earn much less cash.
This mainly concerns cleaning up dirty surfacese. Many of them may be invisible at first, even with Flipper's sense. Look around in cabinets and other furniture, check the ceiling and even the window frames.
At the beginning, try to save money
Your initial budget will not be very large, so if you can save on something, it's worth doing it. First of all, it's worth using previously installed tiles or paints so as not to spend unnecessary money. In addition, for example, when a given wall is completely painted and there's still some paint left, you can sell it to earn a bit.
It's also worth doing a lot of assembly to receive discounts on certain types of items. You will learn more about this on a separate guide page: How to earn money fast?.
