Increasing your revenue in House Flipper 2 can be done in a variety of ways - not only by renovating houses but also by flipping entire properties. On this page of our guide, we show how to buy a property, and how to sell it with immense profit.
How to get a property?
As you begin your adventure in House Flipper 2, you'll have ownership of one starting apartment. Indeed, the state that it is in is deplorable, but you can take matters into your own hands and renovate it properly. Overtime, as you'll complete your first orders, you can use the acquired money to buy a new property.
By entering the tab of a house on the market, you can notice key information such as the acreage of the property and the square footage of the building itself. Finally, below you can view the price on the house.
Selling properties
To be able to sell a house, you first need to move into it. Moreover, the location you want to sell cannot be the address of your office. If you want to sell one of the owned houses, make sure that your office is not in that building.
Once you've moved to the house you want to sell, press TAB and then choose the "auction house" tab. From this menu, you can put up the house for an auction, thus earning a lot of money.
