With each thorough cleanup of a house or replacing tiles in the bathroom, your Flipper skill increases, which is reflected in available special Perks. • Which Perks to choose first?

Cleaning Perks

1. Faster cleaning - removing stains will be faster.
2. Even faster cleaning - this is the fastest level of cleaning stains without using any spray.
3. Cleaning spray - a cleaning spray will be added to the Flipper Tools menu, which will make removing stains even faster. However, with each use of it, there is a few second cooldown.
4. Spraying expert - with this perk, the spray will cover more ground, which will speed up cleaning large stains.
5. Spraying sprinter - the spray no longer has a cooldown.

Collecting Trash Perks

1. The bigger the better - the first level of the perk that allows you to store more trash in a single bag.
2. The biggest is the best - the second level of this perk which increases the capacity of a garbage bag even more.
3. Grab what you can - with this perk, gathering trash is faster and easier, everything thanks to a new technique that allows grabbing more trash at once.
4. Nothing goes to waste - items gathered with garbage bags are now sold at 100% of their value, the same as you would use the Flipper Tool.

Painting Walls Perks

1. Paint saver - the first level of a perk that lowers paint consumption when painting and will result in less expenses when painting walls.
2. Pigment economy - the second and final level of the perk that lowers paint consumption.
3. Roller of tomorrow - a perk that makes the roller cover more space when painting. This will speed up the process of painting walls.
4. Freestyle - with this perk, you can paint on any surface, without prior designating of painting area.

Surface Finishes Perks

1. Heavy lifting - the first level of this perk allows carrying more wallpaper, panels, and tiles at once.
2. Strongman - the second and the final level of this perk further increases the amount of carried wallpaper, panels, and tiles.
3. Make it big - increases the size of the affected area with each applying of finishes.

Demolition Perks

1. Big bang - while holding the button responsible for hammer swings, you'll cover more area, which makes demolition much more effective.
2. Quick and strong - the second level of the Demolition Perk that lowers the cooldown on strong hammer swings, which makes demolition much faster.
3. Quick and precise - with this perk, your hammer swings will be more accurate and faster.

Building Perks

1. Racing trowel - the first level of the perk that makes laying mortar much faster, which shortens the time needed for wall laying.
2. Perfect duo - the second level of the perk will make bricks appear with mortar placed on it, lowering the time needed for laying a wall.
3. Brick by brick - the final level of the perk allows laying rows of bricks, making the action even more faster.
4. Construction manager - a separate perk that lowers the cost of wall laying.

Flipper Tool Perks

1. Like two drops of water - the Flipper Tool can now duplicate items.
2. Trendsetter - a perk that allows copying item styles and surface finishes. Thanks to it, you'll be able to change the decor of a given building much faster.
3. Designer - thanks to this perk, you'll be able to change the styles of items. If you want to save time when decorating e.g. a living room, this perk will come in handy.

Flipper Skill Perks

1. Athlete - running while holding heavy objects will be much faster.
2. Eye for detail - the first level of this perk allows highlighting objects with Flipper Tools.
3. Laser focus - the second level of the perk allows highlighting objects with Flipper Tools.
4. More light - light from flashlight will now cover more area.

Selling Houses Perks

1. Real realtor - after unlocking the first level of this perk, when selling a house you'll be able to choose between two offers.
2. By popular demand - the final level of this perk, allowing you to choose from 3 offers when selling a house.
3. Tough negotiator - the first level of this perk increases the cash gain for selling a house. This will bring more profit without any additional requirements.
4. Business shark - the second level of the perk increases the profit from selling a house even more.

Which Perks to choose first?

Perk points are gained with spending time with a given tool or action. Over time, you'll unlock a wide range of perks, but at the beginning, these perks are especially useful:

1. Faster cleaning then Spraying sprinter. This is a perfect combination to lower your workload when removing stains.
2. Nothing goes to waste - thanks to this perk, you'll be able to quickly unlock new Collecting Trash Perks when collecting trash, and additional money is also a plus, as gathering items in trash bags will be much more profitable.
3. Paint saver and Roller of tomorrow - this is a perfect combination for lowering costs of and speeding up painting walls.
4. Make it big - with this perk, you'll be able to apply surface finishes much faster.
5. Construction manager - lowering costs immensely, as initially laying walls is very expensive.
6. Eye for detail and Laser focus - thanks to them you'll lengthen the active time of one of Flipper Tools.
7. Real realtor and Tough negotiator - a combo that allows you to choose between two offers for the same house and increasing cash gain from selling houses.
