#18 - A choice (Jackson: The Truth or Rooke: The Killer) | Walkthrough Gunpoint Guide

In this stage of the game you will have choose one of the two available missions. Attention! Your choice will mostly affect the story. Both missions have the exact structure of the level, but if you decide to choose Rook: The Killer, you will come across an additional kind of enemy during the last mission.

Jump on the roof of the building and then charge your jump (like on the picture above) and wait for a good moment to jump on the Normal Guard's head located right below you.

Then go in the Crosslink Mode and connect the light switch in one of the rooms with the Boobytrap located on the first floor in the right part of the building (1). Wait until the Enforcer is right next to the Boobytrap and press the light switch. Then connect the same light switch with the activation panel of the locked door on the same floor (2) and press the switch.

Connect the second light switch with the lamp on the floor below (1), and disconnect the light switch on the same floor from the same lamp (2). Press the light switch that you've connected to the lamp and jump on the floor below by smashing the glass below you. Hold on to the right side of wall, right above the wall, and wait until the Enforcer comes in. You can't jump on him, so when he's facing his back towards you, jump down on the floor and run to the staircase on the right and then go down.

Now you have to trap the Enforcer in one room, so connect the light switch with the activation panel of the door on the floor above (1) and wait until the Enforcer steps in that room. Press the light switch after he does. Use the same light switch to connect it to the door on the right (2) and press it again.

Jump on the highest floor of the right side of the building and connect the blue motion detection door with the blue closed door. Go through the motion detection door to open the door below and do the same with the second door (1). Then the opened door on the right side (2) has to be closed, so do that by using the motion detection door again. After you've done that, go on the floor below and activate the violet Circuit Box (3).

Go back on the floor above and connect the violet light switch with the violet door on the lowest floor (1) and press the switch, then do the same with the door on the middle floor (2). After you've opened both of the doors, use the elevator to go all the way down and hack the main computer (3) then take the laptop (4). Go back on the middle floor and leave the building through the door that you've just opened (2), then head to the exit.
