The House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut is an extended version of the popular "rail shooter", originally released on the Nintendo Wii console. The action of the game was set in the zombie-controlled town of Bayou City, where a player-controlled character is sent to exterminate the living corpses. While creating the Extended Cut edition, developers from Headstrong Games studio implemented full support for the PlayStation Move controller.

The user takes on the role of Rob Steiner, prisoner number 1809, who at some point realizes that he is the only person in the whole prison.
