A turn-based RPG focusing strongly on strategic aspects and created by Pixelated Milk - a Polish developer. The player is taken to a peaceful fantasy world and assumes the role of Kay Loren - a young nobleman whose father reveals on his deathbed the existence of a distant land belonging to their family. Once the protagonist arrives in the place, it turns out that the entire land is ruined and the family was charged with a large debt. Kay decides to restore the ruined city to its magnificent state and take back the neighboring areas from the wildlife occupying them. The player's tasks are to construct buildings, gather resources, develop technologies and manage the land appropriately, so it can generate adequate amounts of money. Exploration, completing quests given by NPCs and turn-based combat are all of high importance here. The protagonist can be accompanied by four other characters with unique abilities, which can be developed alongside progression.

Another installment of the third-person hack ā€˜nā€™ slash action games developed by Omega Force. The title takes the players to feudal Japan and lets them take part in Battle of Okehazama and Battle of Sekigahara. The title is focused on stories of individual characters that we choose before the adventure starts. At the core of Samurai Warriors 4: Empires lies real-time combat with hundreds of units participating. In battles, we make use of a wide range of melee weapons and advanced martial skills or every hero. The above is complemented by strategy elements that involve managing territories we control. The outcome of battles is influenced not only by geographical structure of the terrain but also the overall political situation. The eponymous Empires mode, which is divided into sets of scenarios, lets us play both solo and in cooperation with other players. Moreover, the so-called Creative Mode allows us to design our own missions from scratch.

A spin-off to an installment in the popular series of Japanese games developed by Omega Force - Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires, a game that was released in 2014. In contrast to previous installments of the series, this time it is a turn-based RPG with strategy features. In Dynasty Warriors: Eiketsuden (originally called Shin Sangoku Musou Eiketsuden) the gameplay consists mostly of fighting battles on small arenas on which player moves and attacks by spending a certain number of action points. Various heroes have different sets of abilities and can use a wide variety of weapons. In addition to that, by playing the game skillfully one fills a Resonance bar that allows the player to perform a special attack, ending with a QTE sequence. Among the playable characters there are heroes known from the previous installments of Dynasty Warriors. The graphics of the game are similar to the main series as well, but the action is shown from a top-down perspective.

The second one is turn-based combat in which players can use advanced tactics and special abilities and even join the forces of two party members to strengthen an attack. The title is enriched with a myriad of additional activities and minigames, including cooking meals, fishing, and so on.

The gameplay in Ambition of the Slimes focuses on turn-based battles that take place on a tactical map. The fights are strongly unusual due to the abilities of the slimes. The control over human warriors can work in various ways ā€“ some slimes increase the statistics of the bodies they control, other are able to teleport or take over even the strongest foes. This makes the battles very varied and frequently requiring a tactical approach.
