Resident Evil 2 (1998)

The action of Resident Evil 2 is set after the events shown in the first installment – nearly all citizens of Raccoon City have been infected by a mysterious virus, which changed them into bloodthirsty zombies.

The player plays the role of a young FBI agent who has to solve the mystery of the disappearance of Fox Mulder and Dana Scully, a duo working on matters from the X archive. The screenplay was written by Chris Carter, and the main roles in the series - David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson - were also involved in the production.
