A sequel to a 1995 horror game from Super Nintendo, released on the PSX. It was developed by Human Entertainment, uses point & click mechanics and is one of the first games of its kind to use 3D graphics.
Plot
The game continues the story from the original Clock Tower on Super Nintendo. After the dramatic events at Barrows Castle, young Jennifer Simpson was adopted by psychologist Helen Maxwell. The woman tries to help her deal with her trauma and learn all about the events involving the mysterious serial killer Scissorman. One day, they learn the murderer has returned. Helen starts her own investigation, trying to find a way to stop the villain. On her quest, she ends up encountering other characters as well. Depending on the choices they make, players can experience different versions of the story and take part in different events. There are also several different endings to achieve.
Mechanics
Clock Tower is a point & click adventure game with horror elements. Players must use gathered items to solve puzzles, acquire information from other characters and avoid the Scissorman. If he notices us, we can only survive by running away and hiding in one of the numerous hiding spots.
Technical aspects
