Head onto the opposite towards the bandit camp edge of the lake and from there follow the path towards the mountains (along the shore) - Mistpeak Valley - Gold Keys - Fable III - Game Guide and Walkthrough

Head onto the opposite towards the bandit camp edge of the lake and from there follow the path towards the mountains (along the shore). Turn left into the forest by the second road sign [1]. The small mountain path will lead you not only to a treasure chest, but also to a cave [2].

Once inside, move forward all the time until the exit on the other side [1]. Outside, just a few steps separate you from the gold key [2].
