Head to the castle kitchen, the entrance is nearby the garden [1]. The Gnome is standing below the ceiling, above the big wine barrel [2].

After starting a revolution and overthrowing Logan, head to the Catacombs - Bowerstone Castle - Gnomes - Fable III - Game Guide and Walkthrough

After starting a revolution and overthrowing Logan, head to the Catacombs. Go down the tunnel below the statue [1] and turn right on the other side [2]. The Gnome will be sitting behind the pillar.
