The location of the 1st secret.
The first secret is located on the piano, in the room on the right side of the corridor, in the building you enter at the very beginning of the chapter.
The location of the 2nd secret.
The second secret is located on a brown cupboard, in a small room on the left side of the mezzanine, which you pass by climbing up a long stairs.
